AI Usage Policy
Last updated april 2024
Purpose
Misineti, hereinafter referred to as “we,” uses AI technology inside the company.
This policy defines how we responsibly use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to support operations, serve clients, and protect all stakeholders. We commit to ethical, transparent, and safe AI practices in line with industry standards and applicable laws.
On March 13, 2024, The EU Parliament officially voted to adopt the EU AI Act. According to this legislation, we are expected to be compliant about the use of AI technology inside our company, starting in approximately the second half of 2026 (latest information). At this time, no formal EU (European) or KB (Belgian) laws have been officially signed.
This AI usage policy aims to inform you about how we use AI technology inside the company, the purpose, and the choices you can make regarding the use. This policy applies both to internal stakeholders (employees, contractors, and partners) and external stakeholders (clients and website visitors). Further details can be found later in this policy.
