Being away from home (most probably Your fatherland) for a long period can be challenging, and missing family is a real concern. However, we are always open to arrange affordable travel possibilities, either for you to visit your home country or for your family to visit you at the project location. The costs for this would be your own responsibility. When it comes to feeling lonely in the workplace, that often depends on personal choices. You will be part of a team, and we encourage building strong connections with colleagues to create a supportive environment. Our goal is to ensure that you feel comfortable and connected while working abroad.
-
It will not be possible to have a Misineti representative permanently on-site for every project. However, we will be present as often as necessary to ensure smooth coordination and an efficient workflow of the team. In case of urgent issues that concern Your well-being or safety, we will do our best to be on-site as soon as possible. At the moment, our main area of operation is Antwerp, one of the largest and most well-known cities in Belgium. We are actively working on projects there and are building a strong presence in the region. However, we have ambitious plans for geographical expansion in the near future. This expansion will not be limited to Belgium but will also include other countries within the European Union and beyond. As our company grows, we aim to take on projects in various international locations, like USA or the Middle-East. Our goal is to bring our expertise to new markets and offer high-quality services to a broader client base. If you are interested in future collaborations outside Antwerp, feel free to reach out to us for updates on our expansion plans.
🛠️ Project Requirements & Preparation
-
The language requirements depend on the project and the specific situation. In cases where a group is assigned to a project, which is our preferred approach, we expect at least one team member to speak either English or Dutch (in case of Belgium), as well as the language of the rest of the team. This person will act as the team leader and ensure smooth communication and detailed agreements with the main client. For individual employment or smaller teams, we can provide some assistance to help facilitate communication. Our goal is to make sure that language is never a barrier to successful cooperation.
-
As an experienced professional, you likely have your own essential tools for your field of expertise, though in most cases, the client will also provide the necessary equipment on-site. Any special tools, task-related or for occasional use, can be rented as part of the project agreement with the client. This ensures you’re equipped not only with the basics for your job but also with any extra gear a particular assignment might require. We’re also always here to support you in finding affordable and high-quality tools if You need them. Our goal is to make sure you have everything you need to succeed without unnecessary hassle.
-
It is recommended to have your own means of transportation when working on our projects. While it is not strictly required, it greatly improves flexibility and efficiency, especially when traveling to and from project sites. In team settings, it can be useful for one member to take responsibility for transportation, ensuring that everyone arrives on time. If a larger vehicle is available, it can also be used to gather team members and simplify logistics. Just as the team leader manages communication, having a designated driver can help keep everything running smoothly. If you need assistance with transport arrangements, let us know, and we will explore possible solutions.
-
If a client requires specific training before you can start a project, we will provide the necessary training and assistance to help you prepare. These trainings can often be quite costly, so it’s important to be aware of this and to approach them with commitment and focus. In return, we will do our best to prepare and support you throughout the process. By agreeing to start a project that involves mandatory training, the terms of our mutual agreement will be adjusted to reflect the added time, costs, and responsibilities. While we support you with the training materials and guidance, please note that the final exams must be taken officially at the client’s location. These exams are always conducted individually and often in Dutch language, as required by the client. In special cases we will see if we can provide a live translator that can assist You with the language barrier. We’ll make sure you are well-informed about all the details and assisted in this process.

🧾 Legal & Paperwork
-
We work closely with a lawyer and an accountant to ensure that the legal formalities are handled correctly and in full compliance with the law. Our goal is to take care of the complex paperwork so that you can focus entirely on your role in the project. Before starting, we will go through a detailed checklist together to make sure all necessary documents are in order. You can have peace of mind knowing that we handle everything professionally and legally.
-
Yes, we will assist you with legal documents even after the start of cooperation. Before the project begins, we will go through all the necessary paperwork together to ensure everything is in order. If any additional documents are required during the project, we will inform you and help you obtain them. Our network includes not only specialists and clients, but also professional translators who can prepare translations of documents required in the project country. If you need documents with a court stamp, from a sworn translator, we can also arrange this, although the turnaround time may be longer.
-
A project intermediate company operates by securing contracts for project-based work and executing them in close collaboration with independent specialists. We build project teams composed of experienced professionals whose expertise aligns with the specific requirements of each assignment. We do not simply delegate employees to projects. Our role is to actively lead, support and coordinate the implementation of tasks in cooperation with proven specialists on-site at the client. This approach ensures quality, accountability, and alignment with client goals, from planning to completion.
-
Demand-driven employment mediation focuses on matching people with certain job opportunities based on real-time market needs. Instead of simply finding candidates for available positions, this approach ensures that clients get skilled professionals for their projects precisely when and where they are needed.
At Misineti, we apply this method by carefully selecting professionals for projects that fit their skills and experience. This benefits both workers and clients. Specialists get stable, well-matched job opportunities, while clients receive qualified specialists ready to deliver high-quality results. Overall, demand-driven employment mediation aligns the workforce with current market needs, making it a win-win for employers and job seekers alike!
-
Employment mediation brings value by simplifying the job search by connecting professionals directly with suitable projects, saving time and effort. Instead of dealing with complicated hiring processes, specialists can focus on their jobs while the mediator handles contracts, payments, and legal matters.
Misineti goes beyond simply connecting people. Instead of just acting as a middleman, we provide added value to both clients and specialists by actively supporting both sides and being involved in every step of the process. This means we’re more like a partner, working closely with everyone involved to ensure their needs are met effectively.
🏠 Logistics & Arrangements
-
It is possible to arrange accommodation during the project. Depending on your personal preferences, different types of housing can be managed, ranging from budget-friendly shared employee housing to high-end luxury apartments. The cost will be partially covered by us, with the exact amount depending on the type of accommodation and its availability. We aim to provide comfortable living arrangements that suit both your needs and budget. If you have specific requests, we will do our best to accommodate them within the options available.
-
We can take care of your transportation arrangements. Currently, our only destination is Antwerp, Belgium, and we ensure that getting there is as smooth as possible. If you have a specific preference for how you’d like to travel, just let us know. We’re happy to accommodate when possible. Otherwise, we’ll select a reliable and comfortable option that balances affordability and convenience.
-
We’ve designed the startup process to be straightforward and hassle-free. Right from the start, you’ll get all the essential information you need to carry out your specific task effectively. However, we know that some projects might have unique needs, so in exceptional cases, depending on your contract with us, we can arrange payments every two weeks instead. No matter the schedule, we are committed to processing payments on time, recognizing the value of your work. Financial stability is important, and we take our responsibility seriously to ensure you receive your earnings as agreed.

Large client companies choose to work with a mediating agency because it offers several advantages. First, it saves them valuable time. Rather than searching for skilled workers themselves, they rely on experts who can quickly provide the right people. This also reduces costs, as they don’t need to hire internal staff to manage recruitment.
Additionally, agencies bring a fresh approach, often introducing new talent and perspectives that companies might not find on their own. This not only strengthens their workforce but also supports economic growth by creating job opportunities for new professionals. By working with us, companies ensure a smooth, efficient process while focusing on their core business.
Finally, when working with a forward-thinking mediator like Misineti, the benefits go even further. We don’t just execute projects, we act as a true partner, bringing added value through collaboration and insight, far beyond what a basic hiring agency can offer. This means the company gets more than just candidates, they gain a strategic ally dedicated to their success!

No, this isn’t the only option available, but it can often be the smartest and most practical one. Mediation is especially useful when you need working power, but don’t have time or resources for recruitment, or want to avoid dealing with complex legal formalities. It gives you flexibility, reduces risk, and lets you adjust your team based on project demands. If you prefer to handle everything internally, that’s possible too, but many companies find that working with a partner like Misineti makes the entire process easier, faster, and safer.

-

Thanks to our network, we do our best to connect you as fast as possible with motivated and experienced workers from both the local market and abroad.

We work with both local professionals and international workers from various countries across Europe and beyond. The final selection always depends on who is available, qualified, and ready to meet the specific needs of your project. Our priority is to provide reliable and skilled people, whether they come from nearby or further away.
-
There is no clear cost of mediation and it always depends on several factors, like the number of workers you need, the type of work, project duration, and any extra services such as training, translations, or legal support. Before we proceed, we will always discuss the contract details and with your responsible manager, so you and we know exactly what to expect to avoid surprises once the cooperation is initiated. In many cases, working with us turns out to be more affordable than doing everything internally, especially when you consider the time, risks, and responsibilities you save.

🔍 Recruitment & Candidate Matching
-
The type of workforce you need depends entirely on your project, its size, and the kind of work that needs to be done. You might be looking for qualified specialists, experienced construction workers, project managers or coordinators, or a mix of different roles. By discussing your project’s requirements and deadlines, we will search for the right people with the right skills, so your project runs smoothly and efficiently.
-
The qualifications and experience you need depend entirely on the type of work and the demands of your project. For some jobs, basic skills and motivation are enough, while other positions require specific certificates, licenses, or years of professional experience. Together, we will clearly define what’s essential for each position by looking at your project’s tasks, safety rules, deadlines, and technical requirements. This way, we make sure you get workers who are properly prepared and capable of doing the job well.
-
We carefully check every candidate’s qualifications, experience, and background to make sure they fit your project. When needed, we help arrange specific introductory training for each role, so every worker is properly prepared. We also carry out regular on-site checks ourselves, and if you wish, we can do this together with you. Good, clear communication is key, so we keep you informed about any project changes, situations, or challenges that might affect the work. At the same time, we also expect clear and open communication from your side, so together we can respond quickly and make sure everything runs smoothly for both you and the working specialists.
-
We’re here to support you if any problems with employees come up, whether it’s conflicts, poor performance, or other issues. We step in to help find a quick and fair solution that works for everyone. If needed, we can arrange extra training, replace a worker, or mediate in difficult situations. We also help overcome language barriers, acting as a bridge between you and the specialist who might not fully speak the local language. By staying involved and available, we make sure these situations don’t slow down your project and are handled with care and mutual respect.
-
Yes, at Misineti, we don’t just find people for your projects, we also help with their onboarding and integration. We make sure new employees understand the job, the rules on-site, and what’s expected from them. If needed, we can arrange introductions, explain procedures, and help them settle into their roles smoothly. This makes the start of the cooperation easier for both you and the workers, reducing misunderstandings and saving time. Our goal is to create a good, clear start so your project runs without unnecessary problems.
⚖️ Legal & Verification
-
When you handle recruitment on your own, there’s a risk of spending a lot of time and money without finding the right people. It can be difficult to properly check qualifications, experience, and legal documents, especially if you’re hiring from abroad. You also take on the responsibility for contracts, permits, and making sure everything follows the law. Mistakes in these areas can lead to delays, legal problems, or financial losses. By working with Misineti, you avoid these risks, because we take care of these tasks professionally and make sure everything is done correctly from the start.
-
Handling all the legal requirements for foreign workers can be complex and time-consuming. It involves work permits, registrations, contracts, translations, and staying fully up to date with both local and international employment laws. That’s why Misineti takes care of these legal formalities for you so you don’t have to worry about paperwork or mistakes. We make sure everything is handled professionally and in full compliance with the law, giving you peace of mind and more time to focus on your business.

We’re transparent about our registration details, and we’re always open to share necessary documents for verification upon request.
